What this service is

We arrange private jet charter in Minneapolis as your agent. We gather your trip details, request quotes from operators, present options, and help you book. We do not operate the aircraft.

Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 135 air carrier that holds operational control of the flight, the crew, and the aircraft. That operator, not us, is the carrier you contract with for carriage.

Quotes are estimates until confirmed

Prices we show are estimates based on aircraft category, distance, and current operator availability. They are not a confirmed fare.

A quote becomes binding only when the operator confirms the aircraft, crew, and price in writing and you accept those terms. Aircraft substitutions can change the price, and the operator decides final dispatch.

Payment follows the operator contract

You contract directly with the operator. Payment schedules, deposits, change fees, and cancellation terms come from that operator's charter agreement, not from us.

Most operators require payment before departure and treat cancellations close to the flight date as nonrefundable. Read the operator's terms before you pay. If you cancel, what you owe is set by that contract.

Taxes, fees, and what the price covers

Quoted prices typically include the operator's base charter rate and standard crew costs. Federal excise tax applies to domestic air transportation and is shown separately or built into the final invoice, along with segment fees and any international departure or arrival taxes.

Airport and FBO handling fees, deicing in winter, catering, ground transportation, and crew overnight costs may be billed separately, depending on the operator and the trip. Ask for an itemized final invoice if you want each line spelled out.

Schedules and operational decisions

Departure and arrival times are targets, not guarantees. Weather, air traffic, crew duty limits, and airport conditions can change them, and the operator's pilot in command makes the final call on any flight.

Minneapolis winters bring deicing and runway changes, and summer heat affects density altitude at the reliever fields. At 115F, peak density altitude reaches 3,000 ft at Saint Paul Downtown Holman Field and 3,300 ft at both Anoka County-Blaine and Flying Cloud. Operators plan for these conditions, and sometimes that means a weight limit or a different aircraft.

Our liability is limited

We act as an agent and are not the carrier. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, diversions, injuries, or property damage arising from the flight itself. Those matters fall under the operator's contract and its insurance.

Our responsibility covers the arranging work: passing your request accurately to operators and presenting their terms to you. Our aggregate liability for that work is limited to the arranging fee you paid us, to the extent the law allows.

Law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

We may update these terms; the version posted when you book is the one that applies to that arrangement. Questions about a specific trip go to the operator's charter agreement first, and to us for anything about the quote or the booking process.
