What this notice covers

This notice explains what we collect when you ask us for a private jet charter quote for Minneapolis and what happens to that information afterward. We run a quote service. We do not own or operate aircraft.

Information we collect for your quote

We ask for your name, phone number, and email address so we can reply to your request. We also collect trip details: where you are going, when you want to fly, how many passengers are traveling, and any baggage or timing notes you give us.

Our servers record basic technical data from your visit, such as the pages you viewed and the browser you used. We use it to keep the site working and to see which quote requests get answered.

Why we collect it

We use your details to price your trip, match it to aircraft that fit the route and passenger count, and send you a quote. We may call or email to confirm details before quoting, since a wrong passenger count or date changes the answer.

We also keep records so we can answer questions about a quote later and meet our own legal and accounting obligations.

Sharing details with operators

To price a trip we send the relevant details to FAA Part 135 operators who can fly it. Those operators hold operational control of the flight. They receive what they need to quote and, if you book, to arrange the trip: route, dates, passenger count, and your contact information.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it with operators quoting your trip and with service providers who help us run the site and our email, and we disclose it if the law requires.

Calls may be recorded

We record inbound and outbound calls to and from our quote line. Recordings are used to confirm trip details, train staff, and resolve disputes about what was quoted.

If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will note it and continue without recording.

How long we keep it and how to reach us

We keep quote requests and related correspondence while your trip is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records and legal purposes. Call recordings are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Ask us if you want the current retention period for a specific record.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email or call us through the contact details on this site and tell us what you want changed. We may need to verify who you are before we act.

If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Minnesota Attorney General's office. We will cooperate with any lawful request about your data.
